You may use the modeling app without creating an account. Opening it is not a paid subscription and is not a professional-services engagement.

What this is

CapStack GP is a pre-decision scenario calculator. Sample data is fictional. Numbers are only as good as your inputs and the engine’s documented scope. Output is not legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Use counsel and your fund’s own models for closing, LPA, and tax.

License

The software is proprietary. All rights reserved. You may use the hosted modeling app for your own analysis. You may not scrape, resell, or present it as a system of record.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Known limits (including American carry as a toggle only, and convertibles/anti-dilution as modeled — not as a complete legal stack) are in the FAQ.

Report problems via a GitHub issue or Send Feedback in the app.
